To add text in the different sections, you have to go into the HTML itself and add it. All three sections are towards the end of the code.

Remember to add your url for askbox to work (not your whole link -- just the first part). For example, if I wanted the askbox to work at loser.tumblr.com, I would only put "loser" in the customize menu.
